We take a very hands-on approach for all projects we take on and ensure all needs of our customers are satisfied. It’s important to note that our services are not strictly limited to audio and video. What led to your decision to start using TAF products for White Sky/Limitless Production projects?

 

We require robust, long-lasting support for our line of floors and LED screens. The stability and structural integrity of TAF products, especially their LED Frames, are extremely important for us. We can count on TAF to provide safe and reliable aluminum truss products we can count on each year for our small to large projects.

 

What is an example of where TAF truss was utilized?

 

We originally purchased a used LED wall that required strong and reliable support. TAF’s LED Frame was our top choice, due to its structural stability with a complete absence of wiggle. It’s a solid product and features good portability.

 

How would you describe the service provided by TAF USA?

 

TAF USA is always there to provide assistance and take care of our needs. They are very responsive, quickly answering phone calls and emails. We appreciate that they do not utilize automated systems, which could make it difficult for customers to contact them. They provide updates on the status of our orders and work closely with us to ensure the success of our projects.
